Phillips County is one of the 64 counties of the State of Colorado of the United States. The county population was 4,288 at U.S. Census 2016. The county seat is Holyoke.
History
The county was named in honor of R.O. Phillips, a secretary of the Lincoln Land Company, who organized several towns in Colorado.
